Tender Description
The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of various telecommunication items. Procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates.
Items being procured:
- Telephone, OEM Ref No KX-TS500MX, Panasonic Electronic Devices CO, Ltd, Manufactured in Japan, NsN By Singapore (3000 Nos)
- Cable Assembly Power Electrical Battery, 50W, SDR-9661, NRTC, Pakistan (40 Nos)
- Cable Connection, CX-4661 MCU-SDR-9661, NRTC, Pakistan (40 Nos)
- Modified Ethernet Cable For SDR-9661, NRTC, Pakistan (40 Nos)
- Field Telephone Set, Field, OEM Ref No EFT-101, NRTC, Pakistan (200 Nos)
- Intercom System, Radio Set, Tank, SDR-VRC-9661, NRTC, Pakistan (25 Nos)
The technical scope includes supply of imported and indigenous telecommunication equipment with detailed specifications and draft contract provided in the tender documents. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including agency agreement for imported items, financial capability undertakings, bank statements, challan deposit of Rs 2000, CNIC and NTN copies, and sales tax registration.
Bid security is required as earnest money with rates depending on firm status: 2% for pre-qualified/registered/indexed firms, 3% for pre-qualified/registered but un-indexed firms, and 5% for non-pre-qualified/unregistered/un-indexed firms, subject to maximum ceilings.
The tender closing date is **29 September 2026**. Bids must be submitted by this date. The tender will be opened in the presence of firm representatives at the tender room of DGP (Army).
