Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra Mirage Rebuild Factory (MRF) invites sealed tenders from PAC registered suppliers who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and hold Punjab Professional Tax Certificate for the supply of various items for the financial year 2026-27. All chemicals and lubricants must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 75% at delivery and be supported by laboratory test reports. Delivery is to be made at MRF Kamra premises with all liabilities on suppliers. Packaging must be standard and free of extra cost. The supplier must provide warranty/guarantee of at least one year for newly purchased items. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, possession of Punjab Professional Tax Certificate, and compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements. Suppliers must submit separate financial and technical bids on original letterhead, clearly marked with item names. The bids must be valid for 365 days for FY 2025-26. The tender was published on 22 July 2026, with the closing date for submission on 6 August 2026 by 1000 Hrs at the MRF Guard Room, Kamra. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 1100 Hrs in the presence of witnesses.
