Supply of Towels under Framework Contract

E-bids are invited from all manufacturers, distributors, suppliers or sellers of towels in Pakistan registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for a framework contract. Items being procured: - Towels The bid documents are available free of cost at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login and PDS & CEA website www.daanishschools.punjab.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 244,090 must be paid online through PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The last date for bid submission is Monday, 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:50 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The URL of the PPRA website is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx. The response time for bids will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
