Tender Description
Municipal Committee Khanewal invites E-Bids from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized dealers registered with the Punjab e-procurement system, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bidders must submit their complete E-bids by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-procurement system for the following works:
- Annual Framework Contract for Beautification rehabilitation improvement and upgradation of chowks and greenbelts Khanewal
- Annual Framework Contract for Event Arrangement and Services for the Municipal Committee Khanewal
- Rehabilitation of main Entry gate wall procurement of sculptures, fabricated structure, acrylic words etc Khanewal
- Rehabilitation of parks & prominent places/structure etc Khanewal
All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security of 5% of the estimated price as mentioned. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system. No physical bid security instrument will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bids will be valid for 120 days. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid well before the submission deadline and not to wait for the last date and time. The submission and opening of bids will be conducted on 19th October 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively via the Punjab e-procurement system.
Bidders should note that conditional tenders will not be accepted and performance security of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Khanewal is required.
