Supply of Transportation, Storage and Mail Services

The District Police Officer Jaffarabad invites eligible bidders for the supply of Transportation, Storage and Mail Services in Jaffarabad, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Transportation and Storage and Mail Services (Total Item(s) Count: 17) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 1,750,000 Million each in the previous 3 years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 1,750,000 Million in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in active tax payer list, and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of required bidding document fee and bid security is mandatory. Bid security of PKR 35,000 must accompany the bid in the form of deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. In case bid security is not found as required during financial evaluation, the bidding firm shall be declared ineligible and non-responsive. Joint ventures are not permissible. Procedure of Procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and complete bidding documents can be viewed at the same website. Bids can only be submitted electronically latest by 07 September 2026 till 10:30 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPPS system at SSP Office Jaffarabad.
