Supply of Tyres and Agricultural Instruments in Women University Swabi

Women University Swabi invites bids for the supply of tyres and agricultural instruments specifically for its campus located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at equipping the university with essential agricultural tools and vehicle tyres to support its academic and operational activities. Alternatively, these documents can be obtained from the Procurement Office of Women University Swabi during working hours. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 2,000 is required, payable online to Women University Swabi's designated account or via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Additionally, bidders must submit 2% earnest money of the total bid cost in the form of a CDR favoring Women University Swabi. Scanned copies of the CDR along with the bidding documents and all other required paperwork must be uploaded on the KP-EPADS portal by the deadline. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal, and the original CDR and non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper must be submitted both in scanned form via EPADS and physically to the Procurement Office at Women University Swabi, Topi Road, Kotha Campus, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi. The deadline for submission is 11:00 am on Monday, November 02, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives via EPADS. Women University Swabi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance with valid reasons. Eligible bidders must be registered with the tax authorities (Income Tax, GST, and KPRA) and be active taxpayers. Firms, companies, contractors, suppliers, and authorized dealers are invited to participate.
