Supply of Uniform and Sanitation Items to Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad for FY 2627

The Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA) invites bids from firms, companies, and suppliers with valid NTN and STRN registration and active FBR-ATL filing status for the fiscal year 2627. The procurement follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules (Amended), 2014, using the single-stage-one-envelope method and item-rate procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Supply of Uniform Items to WSSC Abbottabad for FY 2627 (as per items mentioned in the bidding documents) - Supply of Sanitation Items to WSSC Abbottabad for FY 2627 (as per items mentioned in the bidding documents) The scope includes supplying quality uniform and sanitation items as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery schedules. The bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- payable to the Chief Executive Officer, WSSCA, Bank of Khyber. A 2% bid security is mandatory and must be uploaded on EPADS with the bid; the original must be delivered to the CEO's office before the closing time. Rates quoted must remain valid for 90 days. Evaluation of the two packages will be conducted separately. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Completed tenders must be uploaded on EPADS before 11:30 AM on September 24, 2026, with opening at 12:00 Noon the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes, levies, and duties. WSSCA reserves the right to adjust quantities as per actual requirements.
