Tender Description
The Special Education Department Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of uniforms for boys and girls enrolled at the Principal Government Secondary Special Education Centre in Liaquatpur. This procurement aims to provide quality uniforms to students with special needs for the financial year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Uniform for Boys: White color with mono eDept on pocket, Pant/Maida (Gray), Belt, Black Color and Raven Leather, Black Shoes (Quality as per standard), Black Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunny (White Color)
- Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono eDept on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (White color), Black Shoes (Quality as per standard), Black Socks (Black Color), Slip/Shamzeer (White Color), Awls/Jury Maroon
The scope includes supplying these uniforms in accordance with the technical specifications and quality standards set by the department. The procurement is subject to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement system at PU.NJAB.GOV.PK. The earnest money required is Rs. 125,000 (5% of estimated cost).
Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities, FBR and ATL compliance, and adherence to all terms and conditions including timely delivery and quality assurance. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming no blacklisting and provide a Rs. 300/- E-stamp paper. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on 4th November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
