Supply of Uniforms for Directorate of Fisheries Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Fisheries Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed computerized tenders from well reputed contractors and firms/suppliers for the supply of uniforms as per approved specifications for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is for the Directorate of Fisheries Gilgit-Baltistan located in Gilgit city. Items being procured: - Supply of Uniforms The tender procedure is Single Stage One Envelope with closing date and time on 2nd November 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 0.150 Million is required in favor of the Director Fisheries GB. Bidders must submit applications on their letterheads along with attested copies of Form 'C/H'. The bidders should have experience supplying uniforms to any government organization, with preference given to those who have supplied to law enforcement agencies. Samples of cloth, accessories, stitching, badges, buttons, zippers, and other components must be provided for approval before bulk supply. The procuring agency reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject goods after arrival at the delivery point. The supplier must replace rejected items or make necessary alterations at no cost. The bidding criteria follow the PPRA Rules 2004, specifically Rule 36(1) and Rule 39(a). Lot-based bidding will be adopted. The procuring agency may increase or decrease the quantity of uniforms at any time and may require additional items related to uniforms at market rates.
