Supply of Uniforms for Fisheries Department Gilgit-Baltistan FY 2026-2027

The Directorate of Fisheries Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed computerized tenders from well reputed contractors and firms/suppliers for the supply of uniforms as per approved specifications for the Fisheries Department Gilgit-Baltistan for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is under the provision of Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Special Initiatives for Development of Fisheries Department Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Supply of Uniforms The tender follows a lot based bidding procedure with a call deposit of Rs. 0.150 Million (CDR) required in favor of Director Fisheries GB. Bidders must submit applications on letterheads along with attested copies of Form C/H. Samples of cloth, accessories, stitching, badges, buttons, zippers, and other components must be provided for approval before bulk supply. The procuring agency reserves the right to inspect and test goods at the purchaser's delivery point and reject or require alterations free of cost. Preference will be given to bidders with experience supplying uniforms to government organizations or law enforcement agencies. The bidding criteria of Single Stage One Envelope as per GB PPRA Rules and Rule 39(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 will be applied. Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from the office located at Raja Shah Khan Road Khur Barmas Gilgit during office hours. The tender opening is scheduled for 2nd November 2026 at 11:30 AM. In case of unforeseen reasons, the tender will be opened the next working day at the same place and time. The shortlisted contractor will be bound to provide additional items related to uniforms as per market rates during the financial year 2026-27, with the procuring agency reserving the right to increase or decrease quantities. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
