Supply of Uniforms for Workers and Staff at Shotgun Ammunition Factory

Wah Industries Limited, through its Shotgun Ammunition Factory located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the supply of uniforms for its workers and staff. The procurement is for specific uniform items as detailed in the tender schedule. Items being procured: - Shirt & Trouser (Colour Gray Zeen), 280 pairs - T-shirts, 280 pieces - Apron Coat (Colour Gray Zeen), 12 pieces The uniforms must meet the specified technical requirements including fire retardant 100% cotton material for shirts and trousers, and specific GSM and fabric composition for T-shirts. Delivery is to be made free of charge at the Shotgun Ammunition Factory near Budho Station, Wah Cantt. Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide valid Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. The tender process follows a single stage two envelope method requiring separate technical and commercial offers. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order/BC/CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must accompany the bid. Performance bond of 10% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder. Tender submissions must reach the POF Bids Centre (Room No. 03), behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt by 11:30 hours on 14-10-2026. The tender opening will be held at 12:00 hours on the same day.
