A public sector organization in Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and potential suppliers registered with FBR for the supply of various items on F.O.R basis as per tender documents. Items being procured: - uPVC Pipes 5" dia (D-Class) Half Belling - uPVC Pipes 5" dia (E-Class) alongwith Belled portion - Ion Exchange Resin Columns - Copper Sulphate (15 Ton) & Sodium Hydroxide (05 Ton) - Agitating Tank - M.S Pipe Casing - Liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) (Qty 700 Ton) - Sodium Chloride (Qty 2500 Ton) - Coring Equipments & Accessories - HQWL Drilling Accessories - Non-Core Drilling Bits - Capital Equipments - Fully Automatic PVC Sloating Machine - Spares for Bourne Drilling Rig BR-1 - Fluid End Spares for Duplex Mud Pumps - Hydraulic Distributor of Fraste Drilling Rigs - Internally Fiberglass Lined M.S Columns The tender documents contain detailed specifications of items along with terms and conditions for quotation. These can be obtained by applying on firm's letterhead to the undersigned on payment of Rs. 1000/- per tender (Non-Refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft from any scheduled Bank in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 1, Dera Ghazi Khan. 2% earnest money should be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope alongwith quotation in the shape of call deposit in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 1, Dera Ghazi Khan. All rates will be considered inclusive of GST unless otherwise GST is mentioned separately. Quotations must be received on due date up to 14:00 Hrs and will be opened on the same date at 14:30 Hrs in presence of those suppliers who desire to participate. Quotations for each tender should be sent separately in sealed cover to the Sr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O Box No. 02 Dera Ghazi Khan through Registered Post/UMS or any other authorized courier services. The envelope should be marked as Tender No. due on for (on upper left corner). Tender Nos. 03/26 to 17/26 are single stage single envelope, whereas tenders No. 01/26 & 02/26 on single stage-two envelope (submit technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes). Envelope should be marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. Both proposals should reach on 1st opening date i.e. 13-10-2026 for tender Nos. 01/26 & 02/26. Samples must be attached with technical proposal where required, otherwise, quotation will not be considered. The financial bid will be opened on 28-10-2026 at 10:30 Hrs tentatively at the same venue in presence of those desire suppliers whose technical bids are accepted. Handwritten, unsigned or unstamped quotations will be rejected. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage without mentioning the reason. In case of closed/forced holidays, tender opening time/date will be considered as the next working day. The advertisement is also available on PPRA website.
