Supply of Various Feeds for Special Game Reserve Dera Ismail Khan for FY 2026-27

The Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS portal for the supply of various feed items for the Special Game Reserve in Dera Ismail Khan for the financial year 2026-27. Interested suppliers, firms, or contractors registered with KPPRA are eligible to participate by submitting separate bids for each lot by 06/10/2026 at 12:00 PM via E-PADS. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the purchase committee office. Items being procured: - 1080 Kilograms Green Fodder (Various Seasonal Grasses) - 720 Kilograms Silage/Dry Grass - 22000 Kilograms Bajra - 32000 Kilograms Wheat The tender documents and forms containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be downloaded from the EPADS website (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/). Submission of the completed forms is mandatory. A call deposit of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 130,000 in favor of the Project Director must be attached. All rates must include taxes and transportation charges. Quality of supplied items will be regularly checked by the relevant committee. Substandard or unapproved feed from any location or company will be returned at the supplier's expense without any excuse. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules. Delivery must be made to the Special Game Reserve, Dera Ismail Khan. Payment will be made monthly based on supply orders and bills. Incomplete, conditional, or late tenders will not be accepted. The acceptance of tenders will be based on the aggregate estimated cost of all items. Bidders must attach copies of their CNIC, registration, and contact details with the tender.
