Customs Enforcement School Peshawar invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments who are on the active tax payer list (ATL) of FBR for the supply of food items for trainees during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Flour (Kg) - Sugar (Kg) - Cooking Oil (Ltr) - Ghee (Kg) - Tea (Kg) - Rice (Sela) (Kg) - Salt (Kg) - Red Chilli (Powder) (Kg) - Haldi (Powder) (Kg) - Dal Mung (Kg) - Dal Masoor (Kg) - Dal Channa (Kg) - Red Beans (Kg) - White Channa (Kg) - Chicken (Kg) - Beaf (Kg) - Milk (Ltr) - Egg (Dozen) - Potatoes (Kg) - Onion (Kg) - Tomatoes (Kg) - Cucumber (Kg) - Garlic (Kg) - Ginger (Kg) - Green chillis (Kg) - Bringle (Kg) - Kadu (Kg) - Carrot (Kg) - Fruit (Banana, apple, orange) (Kg/dozen) - LPG gas cylinder (Kg) The bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available at the General Branch of Customs Enforcement School, Custom House, Peshawar, upon payment of Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable). Eligible bidders must have sales tax registration and a valid national tax number and be on the ATL of FBR. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the office of Deputy Commandant (CES), Custom House, Peshawar, on or before 05.10.2026 up to 01:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders. Bidders should ensure their bids comply fully with the bidding instructions and submit all required documents to avoid disqualification.
