The delivery periods vary from July 2026 to October 2027 or earlier, with some items under 9-12 months contracts after signing. Eligibility criteria require firms to provide registration certificates from the Directorate General Purchase (DGDP), Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, and financial capability undertakings. Firms must also submit bid security of 5% of the offer value and provide performance bank guarantees. Only firms not blacklisted by any government organization are eligible. Tender documents can be obtained from DGDP on production of required certificates. Bids must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 11:15 hrs at the DGDP tender room, Rawalpindi. The tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives.
