Supply of Various Goods and Services for Higher Education Department Punjab

The Higher Education Department Punjab Lahore invites E-Bids on LOT basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, service providers, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and sellers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Department Punjab. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold Weather Charges (Rs. 450,000) - Transportation of Goods (Rs. 95,000) - Mobil Oil (Rs. 8,000,000) - Stationery Items (Rs. 10,000,000) - Printed Items (Rs. 6,000,000) - Uniform (Rs. 411,000) - Cost of Other Store (Rs. 4,000,000) - Computer Stationery (Rs. 10,000,000) - Others (Rs. 5,000,000) - Entertainment & Gifts (Rs. 12,000,000) - Repair of Transport (Rs. 12,000,000) - Repair of Machinery (Rs. 10,000,000) - Repair of Furniture (Rs. 2,000,000) - Hardware & Software Repair (Rs. 1,000,000) - IT Repair (Rs. 1,000,000) The scope includes supply of brand new and original goods and parts as per specifications to the Higher Education Department Lahore within 15 days from the date of Purchase Order. All bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5% of the estimated price as earnest money in favor of Section Officer (General) Higher Education Department. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the E-bid submission deadline at the office of Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Shahra e Quaid e Azam, New Anarkali, Lahore. Bidders must submit their E-bids online via the PPRA-E Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The E-bid submission deadline is 09.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Higher Education Department website http://www.hed.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
