Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Local Purchase Division in Karachi invites bids for the supply of various items required for operational and administrative use. This procurement includes a diverse range of goods essential for daily functions and maintenance within the naval facilities.
Items being procured:
- Wash Basins (2 boxes)
- Elbow & Knee Pads (100 each/number)
- Racking (328 each/number)
- Racks (23 sets and 300 sets)
- Racking (156 each/number, multiple entries)
- Ingot-Brass (190 kilograms and 180 kilograms)
- Packing Assemblies (86 sets)
- Sheet Glass (4 each/number)
- Zinc Ingot (180 kilograms)
The technical specifications for these items include detailed material and size requirements, such as the use of galvanized steel for racks, specific dimensions for trays, and quality standards for brass and zinc ingots. The wash basins are specified for sanitary use, and knee pads are designed for durability and protection. The racks and racking systems are intended for storage and organizational purposes within naval facilities.
All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must pay a tender fee of Rs 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to the specified Pakistan Navy fund account. Non-registered firms are required to provide a bank guarantee of 5% of the purchase order value valid for six months. To avoid the bank guarantee, firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG.
The standard delivery time is 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items. Lab testing charges, if any, will be borne by the firm. Interested firms may contact the Local Purchase Division via telephone, email, or WhatsApp for any queries.
The submission deadline is the 23rd of September 2026. Bidders should ensure all required documents, including proof of payment and technical bids, are submitted timely. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the technical specifications and ensure compliance to avoid disqualification during evaluation.
