Delivery must be completed within three months of contract placement. Inspection will be conducted by the designated inspection authority at POF Sanjwal. Suppliers must provide all relevant technical literature, valid certifications, and comply with tax and registration requirements including FBR ATL listing and Sales Tax registration. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, provide bid security as per specified percentages of quoted value, and submit tender fee of Rs. 500. Performance bond of up to 10% of contract value will be required from successful bidders. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of stores through crossed cheque. The tender uses Single Stage Two Envelope Open Competitive Bidding as per PPRA Rule 36(b).
