Sealed tenders on prescribed forms for Calendar Year 2027 are invited by the Multan Logistics Area Headquarters for supplies and services including Vegetable, Fruit, Meat, Chicken, Eggs, Onion, Potato, Ice, Bread, Green Fodder, Firewood, Charcoal, Limequick, Skins, Group Items and Labour. These supplies are required for the Multan Logistics Area Headquarters and the tender forms can be obtained from the address given below. Items being procured: - Vegetable - Fruit - Meat - Chicken - Eggs - Onion - Potato - Ice - Bread - Green Fodder - Firewood - Charcoal - Limequick - Skins - Group Items - Labour The tender will be collected on 24 September 2026 at 1000 hours and opened on the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of all contractors and agents. The Multan Logistics Area Headquarters reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the bidding process with grounds for rejection provided on written request. An earnest money of 2% of the contract value with a maximum limit of Rs. 1.000 Million (refundable) in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of 'COMMANDER MULTAN LOGISTICS AREA' must be attached with each tender. No cheque or cash will be accepted, and firms without earnest money will not be allowed to participate.
