Tender Description
The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning) Gujrat invites bids for the supply of Wanda during the Flood Monsoon Season for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Gujrat district and aims to ensure availability of durable goods and consumable food items to meet emergency needs during the flood season.

The procurement will be conducted electronically via the PPRA E-Tendering System and EPADS platform, adhering to the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and its amendments. Bidders must submit their rates online by 15-08-2026 before 12:00 P.M. Manual bids will not be accepted. The quoted rates will be announced on the same day at 12:30 P.M. The bidding documents, including terms, conditions, and specifications, are available on the PPRA website and EPADS portal.
Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income and Sales Tax purposes with an active tax profile. Technical proposals must include bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, and upon acceptance, a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without justification.
This tender requires bidders to quote rates valid until 30th June 2026 and to supply goods as and when required by the department. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness.
