The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning) Gujrat invites reputed contractors, firms, and organizations with adequate past experience and technical capabilities for the supply of durable goods and consumable food items through the PPRA E-Tendering System for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for the supply of Wanda during the Flood Monsoon Season in the financial year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Supply of Wanda during Flood Monsoon Season during the F.Y 2026-2027
This tender requires bidders to submit their rates online via the EPADS platform before the deadline of 15-08-2026 by 12:00 PM. The bidding documents, including terms, conditions, and specifications, can be downloaded from the PPRA and EPADS websites. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, amended from time to time, and the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax purposes and have an active tax payer profile. A technical proposal must include bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Gujrat. Upon acceptance, a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids without bid security will be rejected.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without providing justification. The quoted rates must remain valid until 30th June 2026. Suppliers must be prepared to supply the goods as and when required during the financial year 2026-27, including cases of non-availability or fund allocation delays by the Government of Punjab.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully complete the financial bid forms, ensuring all DNIT/BOQ entries are filled accurately as incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive and excluded from evaluation. Timely online submission and compliance with all bid security requirements will enhance chances of success.
