Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department is procuring specific wildlife component items under the 10BTP Phase-I Upscaling of the Green Pakistan Program. This procurement is focused on supplying various wildlife-related materials including cement bait, rat bait, grain bait, shell powder 60, and insect bait. The procurement is intended to support environmental and wildlife conservation efforts within the province.
The technical scope includes the supply of five distinct types of baits and powders essential for wildlife management and pest control. These items must meet the required quality standards and be delivered in accordance with the specifications provided by the department. The procurement process is conducted through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) platform, ensuring transparency and compliance with government procurement rules.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar wildlife or agricultural inputs is advantageous. Bidders must provide an earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR as part of their technical bid submission. The submission deadline is strictly set for 5th May 2026 at 12:00 PM, and all bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal.
A key date to remember is the closing date for bid submission, which is 5th May 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial proposals are complete and comply with all tender requirements before this deadline. The submission address is the EPADS online portal, which facilitates secure and efficient bid handling.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the EPADS system requirements and ensure timely registration and document upload. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will be rejected. Familiarity with the EPADS platform and early preparation of the CDR and technical documents will enhance the chances of a successful bid.
