Supply of Winterize, Rescue, Rainy Items and Tarpaulin Sheets

Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab invites bids from well-reputed contractors, dealers, firms, vendors, and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Professional Tax authorities. Bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This procurement concerns the supply of winterize, rescue, and relief items through e-tendering on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Chain Saw (100 units) - Snow Chain (pairs) (1,000 units) - Folding Shovel (1,000 units) - Heavy Duty Search Light (500 units) - Woolen Caps (1,000 units) - Winterize Gloves (Pairs) (1,000 units) - Sleeping Bags (1,000 units) - Rain Coats (2,500 units) - Waterproof Long Shoes (Rubber) (2,500 units) - Umbrella (2,000 units) - Waterproof Sheets (Tarpaulin) (2,500 units) The technical scope includes supplying high-quality rescue items, winterize protective gear, rainy weather equipment, and tarpaulin sheets suitable for disaster management and relief operations. Samples of all items must be submitted at the PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park Lahore before the bid closing date. Imported items require a detailed technical brochure with specifications and design. Eligible bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and submit bids on a Single-Stage Two Envelopes basis. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and NTN, PRA, and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Bids shall be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30th October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Procuring Agency's office.
