Supply of Wooden Almirah (Cabinet) for International Islamic University Islamabad

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites electronic bids (E-bids) through the Electronic Procurement and Advertisement System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the supply of Wooden Almirah (Cabinet) specifically for IIUI. Items being procured: - Wooden Almirah (Cabinet) Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions and the method of procurement can be downloaded from the IIUI website https://www.iiu.edu.pk/, PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, or EPADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk/. A pay order of Rs. 5,000 may be attached in favor of IIU General Services and Misc Income Account #5963-5002471381 (Bank Alfalah). Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents. A Bid Security/Earnest Money of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order drawn in favor of IIU General Services and Misc Income Account #5963-5002471381 (Bank Alfalah) is required. Bids should be submitted electronically via EPADS only. The bids will be opened on November 5, 2026 (Thursday) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Only bids submitted on EPADS will be entertained for evaluation. IIUI reserves the right to reject any or all E-Bids/Proposals at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bidders should ensure their registration with FBR and ATL status is valid. The submission deadline is strictly November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
