Supply of X-Ray Films, Dental Items, and Blood Bags for Government Haji Abdul Qayyum DHQ Hospital Sahiwal

The Health & Population Department Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, and suppliers for the supply of essential medical items for the financial year 2026-27 at Government Haji Abdul Qayyum DHQ Hospital Sahiwal. This procurement aims to support the hospital's radiology, dental, and blood bank departments with quality materials. Items being procured: - X-Ray Films - Hangers - Fixtures - Developers - Radiology Items - Dental Items - Blood Bags The procurement is divided into three packages: Package-1 covers the framework contract for X-Ray films and related radiology items with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.5 Million. Package-2 is for dental items with an estimated cost of Rs. 2 Million, and Package-3 is for blood bags also estimated at Rs. 2 Million. Each package requires a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must download the bidding/RFP documents free of cost from the PPRA website or the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-Procurement) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original bid security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, pay order, or bank draft must be submitted physically at the Medical Superintendent's office at the hospital. The last date for bid submission is 10.10.2026 up till 1:00 P.M., with bid opening at 1:30 P.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
