Supply of Zinc Dihydrogen Phosphate and Zinc Nitrate to Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites quotations for the supply of chemical materials as per Tender Enquiry No. 0049/LP/P782/56/SJL dated 14-May-26. This procurement is specifically for the supply of Zinc Dihydrogen Phosphate and Zinc Nitrate to POF Wah Cantt, located in Punjab province. Interested suppliers are requested to submit their bids electronically via the official e-bidding portal www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 11:30 AM on 22-October-2026, as the tender opening will be held at 12:00 PM at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Items being procured: - Zinc Dihydrogen Phosphate Q/HG 1-008-65, Quantity: 190 KG - Zinc Nitrate Q/HG 11-063-65, Quantity: 225 KG The technical scope requires that all supplied items must be brand new, from the current year's production, and sourced from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Delivery must be completed within three months of contract placement. The supplier must ensure compliance with all specifications and provide necessary product literature and warranty/guarantee certificates valid for 12 months from final acceptance. Inspection will be conducted by the competent inspection authority nominated by POF at no cost to the supplier. The delivery date will be considered the date of receipt at POF stores. Eligibility criteria include registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and submission of bid security as per prescribed rates. Unregistered firms must provide a one-year bank statement. Tender fee of Rs. 500/- must be submitted via crossed postal order or pay order in favor of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt. Bid security must accompany the tender in the form of deposit at call receipt, pay order, or banker cheque from a scheduled bank in favor of GM PPC POF Sanjwal.
