Support & Maintenance Services of Rescue 1122 Command & Control Hyderabad for FY 2026-2027

The Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) invites bids for the procurement of comprehensive technical support and maintenance services for its Command & Control center located in Hyderabad, Sindh, for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Application Support & Enhancement including dashboard and agent application features - Web Application & Dashboard with real-time operational monitoring - Reports & Analytics including CDR reports and call recordings - API Integrations for ticket data exchange - PBX & Telephony Services with call recording and monitoring - Hardware Maintenance of existing IT equipment such as Core i7 workstations, IP phones, servers, video walls, network switches, routers, firewalls, UPS, and cabling - Software Management including OS and application updates - Network Infrastructure monitoring and optimization - Data Backup and Recovery services - Security and Compliance audits - User Support and Training sessions - Capacity Planning and Documentation - Project Management for maintenance activities The scope covers maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and proactive management of IT, application, network, PBX, storage, security, and hardware support services for a 12-month period, extendable up to three years based on performance. The technical evaluation requires bidders to have valid NTN, GST, SRB registrations, at least 3 years of relevant experience, ISO certifications, and compliance with PEC categories. Bid security of 2% and performance security of 5% of contract value are mandatory.
