Tender Description
The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is inviting expressions of interest from capable companies to support nationwide public communication and social behaviour change campaigns across Pakistan. The focus is on deployment, installation, maintenance, and removal of outdoor and out-of-home (OOH) advertising materials aimed at promoting programming for children throughout the country.
This procurement opportunity is specifically for companies experienced in managing large-scale advertising campaigns involving outdoor media. The scope includes handling various advertising materials and ensuring their effective placement and upkeep to maximize outreach. The campaigns are designed to influence social behaviour positively and raise awareness on child-related issues.
Interested bidders should have a proven track record in similar projects, demonstrating capacity to operate on a national scale. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is essential. While no specific PEC category is mentioned, experience in advertising, marketing, or media services will be advantageous.
The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is **1700 hours on 9th July 2026**. Bidders must ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. The detailed EOI documents are available online at the official UNGM portal link provided in the notice.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare their technical bid to highlight previous successful campaigns and capacity for nationwide deployment. Including detailed plans for installation and maintenance of advertising materials will strengthen the submission. Early preparation of Earnest Money or CDR as per UNICEF requirements is also recommended to streamline the process.
