Tender Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) is procuring Support Subscription Renewal services for Alfresco software in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is specific to the renewal of licenses for Alfresco Digital Business, Alfresco Content Services Platform – Enterprise, Alfresco Business Services (Activiti) Bundle, and Alfresco Governance Services with a renewal date of July 1, 2026. The technical scope includes renewal of licenses for 1000 named users for each module as per the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be authorized service providers, principal's authorized dealers, distributors, partners, or resellers based in Pakistan. They must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and on the Active Taxpayers List for Income and Sales Tax. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit a valid Bid Security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Bankers Cheque (Pay Order) and provide manufacturer authorization. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
