Hiring of Firm for Provision of Supporting Staff Services for Strategic Management Unit School Education Department

The School Education Department through its Strategic Management Unit (SMU) Lahore invites bids from well-reputed firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and SECP. The procurement is for the hiring of a firm to provide supporting staff services for the Strategic Management Unit under the School Education Department in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Provision of Services of Supporting Staff for Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department The contract is for the financial year 2026-27 and is extendable for one year subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. Procurement will be executed through a Framework Contract on an as-and-when-required basis, governed by unit rates quoted by the successful bidder. The bidding documents specify required staff categories, minimum qualification criteria, and detailed Terms of Reference (TORs). Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities, have valid registrations, and demonstrate relevant experience in provision of similar services. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of Project Director, SMU. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must quote rates against each staff category and complete the financial bid form fully to avoid disqualification.
