Swabi Area Development Project Solarization and Construction Works (PK-49, PK-50) ADP No. 2253/250727

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its C&W Division Swabi-I, invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the e-bidding process for the Swabi Area Development Project under ADP No. 2253/250727. This procurement covers both solarization and construction/rehabilitation works in various locations within Swabi district, aiming to enhance infrastructure and energy access for local communities. Items being procured: - Solarization of Masajids and Madrasas at Tehsil Topi and Gadoon (PEC Category C-4 & above) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Flood Effected Kotha Topi Causeway (PEC Category C-4 & above) - Construction/Rehabilitation/BT/PCC Dagai Shingrai Road at Gadoon (2.3 Km) (PEC Category C-5 & above) - Construction/Rehabilitation/BT/PCC Hamlet Kyara Zako Road (1.20 KM) (PEC Category C-5 & above) - Construction/Rehabilitation/BT/PCC Malak Abad to Takail Road (1.00 Km) (PEC Category C-5 & above) - Solarization of Mosques in (PK-50) & RHC Marghuz in (PK-50) (PEC Category C-5 & above) - Solarization of Mosques in (PK-50) (PEC Category C-5 & above) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Markazi Jamia Masjid Usman Khel Baja (PEC Category C-5 & above) The technical scope includes solarization of religious and educational institutions, as well as construction and rehabilitation of roads and causeways affected by floods. All works require valid and up-to-date PEC registration in the relevant category, C&W Department registration, and compliance with KPPRA rules. Earnest Money is set at 2 percent of the estimated cost, and a non-refundable printing fee of PKR 3,000 applies. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming the authenticity of the CDR in the technical proposal. All Federal and Provincial taxes will be applicable as per government rules. The deadline for submission of e-bids is **10-09-2026 at 12:00 PM**. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-07-2026 at the office of Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system, with original documents delivered to the office before the deadline. For clarification, documents can be obtained from the office during working hours up to 14-09-2026.
