The contract duration is nine months with manpower requirements specified per ward. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, registration with Sindh Board of Revenue, PEC registration for 2025-26 in relevant category, and proven experience in similar sanitation works with minimum financial turnover and work completion certificates. Earnest money in the form of 2% call deposit and tender fee of Rs. 1000 per work are mandatory.
