Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (05-06 Wards) for 6 Months in Town Committee Dighri

Town Committee Dighri invites sealed tenders for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 05-06 for a period of six months, from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. The procurement is part of the sanitation outsourcing plan for the jurisdiction of Town Committee Dighri, District Mirpur Khas, Sindh. The work is to be executed under the supervision of the Town Officer and as per SPPRA 2010 rules. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads and streets in Wards 05-06 of Town Committee Dighri (6 months) - Cleaning of open surface drains in Wards 05-06 (6 months) - Cleaning of sewerage lines in Wards 05-06 (6 months) - Provision of 10 sanitary workers for Jharoo & Nali - Provision of 4 sanitary workers for sewerage lines - Management cost and all applicable taxes for the six-month period The technical scope includes comprehensive cleaning and sweeping services, ensuring all main and internal roads, streets, open drains, and sewerage lines in the specified wards are maintained to municipal standards. The contractor must provide the required workforce, including 10 sanitary workers for general cleaning and 4 for sewerage lines, and manage all operational aspects for the contract duration. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector, possess a valid license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste, and have registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management code 9852, 0000. Firms must have at least five years of experience in rural and municipal waste collection, dumping, and recycling, with a minimum of 50 contracts completed in waste management outsourcing. Audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants are mandatory. Earnest Money equal to 2 percent of the bid must be attached as pay order or bank draft. Bidders must submit their tenders by 01:00 pm on 26-08-2026 at the Office of the Town Committee Dighri. The same deadline applies for the opening of bids.
