Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (03-04) Wards, Town Committee Dighri, 6 Months

Town Committee Dighri invites sealed tenders for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 03-04 for a period of six months, starting from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. This procurement is part of the sanitation outsourcing initiative to ensure improved municipal hygiene and cleanliness standards in Dighri. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads, Streets & Cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines (03-04) Wards of Town Committee Dighri for 6 months (01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027) - Provision of 10 sanitary workers (Jharo & Nali) - Provision of 4 sanitary workers on sewerage line - Management cost and SRB including all taxes for the contract period The technical scope covers comprehensive daily sweeping and cleaning of all designated roads, streets, and open drains within the specified wards. The contractor must provide the required number of sanitary workers and ensure all management and compliance costs, including SRB taxes, are included in the quoted rates. The contract is for a fixed six-month period, and the quoted rate should cover all salary, management, and statutory obligations. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector, with valid SRB registration under code 9852,0000, and must be listed as a Waste Management license holder from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste. Firms must also be registered with the Global Waste Cleaning Network (GWCN) and submit audited reports for 2025. Experience in outsourcing rural collection, dumping, and recycling of municipal waste is mandatory, with at least two years of relevant experience and a minimum of 50 contracts executed in waste management. Firms must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and provide three years of bank statements and experience certificates. Earnest Money equal to 2% of the bid must be attached as a pay order or bank draft in favor of Town Committee Dighri. Bids must be submitted in sealed form at the Office of the Town Committee Dighri by 01:00 pm on 26-08-2026. In case of a holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day. The opening of bids will be at the same time and venue. A practical tip: Ensure all supporting documents, especially SRB and SEPA licenses, are up to date and attached, as incomplete documentation will lead to disqualification.
