Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (09-10) Wards, Town Committee Dighri, 6 Months (01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027)

Town Committee Dighri invites sealed tenders for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 09-10 for a period of six months, starting from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. This procurement is part of the sanitation outsourcing initiative for the whole jurisdiction of Town Committee Dighri, as per compliance with the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency and relevant government directives. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines (Wards 09-10), Town Committee Dighri, for 6 months (01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027) - Salary components: 10 sanitary workers (Jharo & Nali), 4 sanitary workers (sewerage line) - Management cost and SRB including all tax for the contract period The technical scope includes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all public roads, streets, and open drains within the specified wards, ensuring proper disposal of collected waste as per municipal standards. The contractor must provide a working staff list as per estimates and maintain a company website for transparency. Firms must be registered in the Waste Management sector, possess a valid license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste, and have updated registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) in Waste Management code 9852, 0000. Only return filers with updated NTN and three-year bank statements are eligible. A minimum of five years' experience in rural waste collection, dumping, and recycling is required, along with at least 50 contracts of similar capacity. Registration with the Global Waste Cleaning Network (GWCN) and submission of audited reports up to 2025 are mandatory. Earnest money equal to 2 percent of the bid must be attached in the form of pay order or bank draft. The deadline for bid submission is 01:00 pm on 26-08-2026 at the Office of the Town Committee Dighri. In case of a public holiday, the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and to avoid overwriting in their submissions.
