Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (11-12 Wards), Town Committee Dighri, 6 Months

Town Committee Dighri invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 11 and 12 for a period of six months, from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. The procurement is being conducted under SPPRA 2010 rules, and the work is funded through the OZT share. The scope of work covers the comprehensive sanitation and cleaning of all designated public areas within the specified wards, ensuring hygienic conditions for residents and compliance with Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) requirements. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines (Wards 11-12), Town Committee Dighri, for 6 months (01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027) - Provision of 10 sanitary workers (Jharo & Nali) - Provision of 4 sanitary workers on sewerage lines - Management cost for the contract period - SRB including all taxes for the six-month duration The technical scope includes daily sweeping, removal of debris, cleaning of open drains, and maintenance of sewerage lines. Bidders must provide all necessary manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure uninterrupted sanitation services. Only firms registered in the Waste Management sector, with a valid SEPA license for non-hazardous waste (updated till 2026), and registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management code 9852, are eligible. Firms must also be registered with the Global Waste Cleaning Network (GWCN) and have completed at least 50 contracts of similar outsourcing via the EPAID site. A minimum of five years' experience in rural and municipal waste management is required, along with submission of audited accounts for 2025 from a reputable chartered firm with UDIN code. Earnest Money equal to 2 percent of the bid value must be attached in the form of pay order or bank draft in favour of Town Committee Dighri. The bid submission deadline is **26-08-2026, 1:00 pm**, with the opening on the same day. A second attempt will be held on **10-09-2026** if required. Bids must be submitted in original plus two copies at the office of the Town Committee Dighri.
