Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (13-14 Wards) for 6 Months at Town Committee Dighri

Town Committee Dighri, located in District Mirpur Khas, Sindh, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 13 and 14. The contract covers a period of six months, from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027, and is part of the broader sanitation outsourcing initiative for all 14 wards of the town. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 13-14 of Town Committee Dighri for 6 months (01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027) - Provision of 10 sanitary workers (Jharo & Nali) - Provision of 4 sanitary workers for sewerage lines - Management cost and all applicable taxes as per SRB The technical scope includes comprehensive sanitation services, ensuring regular sweeping, cleaning, and maintenance of all designated public areas and drainage infrastructure within the specified wards. The contractor must provide the required workforce, management, and compliance with all local government and environmental regulations. The estimated cost for this package is **PKR 3,000,000** for the six-month period. Eligibility criteria are strict: only firms registered in the Waste Management sector with a valid license from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste (updated till 2026) may apply. Firms must also be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management code 9852,0000, and must be return filers (updated for 2025). A minimum of five years' experience in rural and municipal waste outsourcing, as well as a record of at least 50 contracts executed via EPAID Site, is required. Firms must submit three years' bank statements, NTN, and audit reports for 2025 with UDIN code. Earnest Money equal to 2% of the bid amount must be attached as a pay order or bank draft in favor of Town Committee Dighri. Bids must be submitted in sealed form at the office of the Town Committee Dighri by **26-08-2026, 1:00 pm**. The opening will take place the same day. A second attempt is scheduled for **10-09-2026** if required. For best results, bidders should ensure all documentation is complete and that their firm's SEPA and SRB registrations are up to date, as incomplete compliance will lead to outright rejection.
