This tender invites bids for sweeping roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in one ward of Town Committee Bhit Shah, Sindh. The contract covers a six-month period from 1st March to 31st August 2026, with an estimated cost of PKR 3.0 million funded by OZT Share. The work involves routine sanitation and waste management to maintain cleanliness and proper drainage in the ward, ensuring public health and environmental standards are met.
The scope requires experienced firms with a valid license from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for handling non-hazardous waste. Contractors must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and have NTN with updated tax returns for 2025-26. The firm should have at least five years of experience in rural and municipal waste management, including outsourcing and recycling. The work demands proper staffing and adherence to technical and financial bid submission requirements under the SPPRA rules.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration in the Waste Management sector and maintain an active FBR ATL status. Audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN codes are mandatory. The tender process requires earnest money of 2% of the bid value in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The bid validity period is 15 days post submission, and the decision of the tender opening committee is final.
