Tender Description
The Town Committee Tando Jan Mohammad in District Mirpurkhas, Sindh, is procuring sweeping and cleaning services for roads, streets, and open surface drains and sewerage lines across 14 wards of the town. This contract covers a period of six months from 01 August 2026 to 30 January 2027.

The technical scope includes sanitation services such as sweeping roads and streets, cleaning open surface drains, and sewerage lines in the specified wards. Firms must hold a license from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000. NTN and a three-year bank statement along with experience certificates are mandatory. The contractor must have five years of experience in rural outsourcing, collection, dumping, recycling of municipal and town garbage/landfill, and waste management capacity building. The firm must have been awarded at least 50 contracts for outsourcing waste management and submit audit reports for 2025 from a reputable chartered accountancy firm with a UDIN code.
