Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Drains, Sewerage Lines, Main Holes etc. for Municipal Committee Tando Adam Wards 1 to 23 and Sanitary Staff for Garbage Vehicles

Municipal Committee Tando Adam District Sanghar invites sealed tenders on standard bidding documents (SBDS) under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended 2026) for sweeping of roads, streets and cleaning of drains, nalaz, sewerage lines, main holes etc. across all 23 wards of Tando Adam for the period from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Additionally, sanitary staff is required for garbage vehicles for the same period. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Road, Streets and cleaning of Drains, Nalaz, Sewerage Lines, Main Holes etc for Municipal Committee Tando Adam for the Period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 Ward No. 1 to Ward No. 23 - Providing Sanitary Staff for Garbage Vehicles for Municipal Committee Tando Adam for the Period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 The scope includes comprehensive sanitation services covering sweeping, cleaning of drains and sewerage infrastructure, and provision of sanitary manpower for garbage collection vehicles. The work is to be executed in a professional and timely manner ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across all wards of Tando Adam. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN certificate with active status, registration with Sindh Board of Revenue, and experience in similar sanitation works executed in the last five years. Contractors must have at least three years of experience in sanitation/solid waste management works and valid PEC registration for 2025-26 in the relevant category. Financial turnover and work completion certificates are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the offer rate in the form of call deposit and tender fee pay order must accompany the bid. Bidding documents can be downloaded and submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal of SPPRA or purchased from the office of the Municipal Engineer, Municipal Committee Tando Adam during office hours. Bids will be opened on 28-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives. The contract period is 9 months with a completion time strictly observed. Liquidated damages apply for delays. The bid validity period is 90 days. All government taxes including sales tax and SRB tax will be charged as per government policy.
