Outsourcing of Janitorial, Security, and Naib Qasid Services for Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan in Islamabad, Peshawar, and Karachi

The contract period is two years with an option to extend for one additional year. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements including EOBI, social security, police verification, and minimum wage laws. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, financial strength, and methodology, with a minimum technical score of 60 required to proceed to financial evaluation. Bid security of 2.5% of the annual quoted value is mandatory for each Lot.
