Technical Consultancy for Establishing a Government AI Cloud with Electronic Data Management & AI

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) Lahore invites qualified firms to submit technical consultancy proposals for establishing a Government AI cloud to enable advanced digital technologies through Electronic Data Management (EDM) and AI-driven digital services. This consultancy aims to develop a robust AI cloud infrastructure that supports cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives for government entities. Items being procured: - Technical Consultancy for Establishing a Government AI cloud to enable Advanced Digital Technologies through Electronic Data Management (EDM) & AI (Qty: 01, Estimated Cost: 9,500,000 PKR) The scope includes detailed technical advisory, design, and implementation support for the AI cloud platform, ensuring integration with existing government data systems and compliance with relevant IT standards. The consultancy will cover all phases from planning to deployment and knowledge transfer. Eligible bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submit separate technical and financial proposals. Proposals must be duly completed, signed, and stamped in full conformity with the RFP document. The submission deadline has been extended to 24 August 2026. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on the closing date. Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day.
