Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services under the contract titled 'Telecom System Satellite (IDIRECT) Link for Natural Gas Installations on Zarghon Pipeline-Quetta' with reference number P115891. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Telecom System Satellite (IDIRECT) Link of 256KBPS to HQ Quetta (1 job as per BOQ)
- Telecom System Aggregate Site on Fiber at SSGC Karachi Terminal (1 job as per BOQ)
- One Time System Deployment Charges at both above 2 locations (1 job as per BOQ)
The scope includes installation and deployment of satellite telecom systems and fiber aggregate sites at specified locations in Quetta and Karachi. The contract duration is 120 days from commencement. Bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE07, EE08, EE11(vi), and ME07(v), and must be licensed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for satellite services operations. A bid security of Rs. 14,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted physically before bid submission deadline.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
