Term Contract and Repair Works at Kharian Cantt by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various repair and maintenance works at Kharian Cantt. The works include term contracts and repair services essential for upkeep and operational readiness of the cantonment area. Items being procured: - Term Contract for Artificer works including Minor works, Re-construction Repair, Maintenance of Residential and Non-Residential accommodation at AOR Kharian Cantt - Term Contract for Internal/External Electric, Water and B&R works of various Residential and Non-Residential accommodation at Kharian Cantt - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, and Improvement works at Kharian Cantt - Repair and Maintenance of External Electrical and Water Supply Services at Kharian Cantt - Repair and Renovation of POL Works at Kharian Cantt - Bazar Supply of ESM and B&R Items - Repair and Maintenance, Upgrading of Road and Footpath at Kharian Cantt - Repair and Maintenance, Roof Treatment of Miscellaneous Works at Kharian Cantt The contracts require submission of complete credentials as per the detailed requirements. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, and D are eligible. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or adverse reports against them from government departments. Applications must be submitted to the office of the accepting officer by 08 October 2026 at 1130 hours, with the tender opening at 1200 hours on the same day. Interested contractors are advised to ensure their FBR and ATL registration and prepare earnest money or bid security as per PPRA rules.
