Term Contracts and Repair Works at Kharian Cantt by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) Kharian Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various term contracts and repair works in Kharian Cantt. The works include a range of civil, electrical, water supply, and maintenance tasks essential for upkeep and improvement of residential and non-residential accommodations and infrastructure within the cantonment area. Items being procured: - Term Contract for Artificer works including Minor works, Reconstruction Repair and Maintenance of Residential and Non-Residential accommodation at Kharian Cantt - Term Contract for Internal and External Electrical, Water and Building & Road works of various Residential and Non-Residential accommodations at Kharian Cantt - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation and Improvement Works at Kharian Cantt - Repair and Maintenance of External Electrical and Water Supply Services at Kharian Cantt - Repair and Renovation of POL Works at Kharian Cantt - Bazaar Supply of Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Road Items - Repair, Maintenance and Upgrading of Road and Footpath at Kharian Cantt - Repair, Maintenance and Roof Treatment of Miscellaneous Works at Kharian Cantt The scope covers comprehensive civil and electrical repair and maintenance services, water supply system upkeep, road and footpath improvements, and supply of necessary materials for these works. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, and D with suitable experience should apply. A certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is mandatory. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors after scrutiny of applications. Tenders must be submitted to the office of the accepting officer by 1130 hrs on 08 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day.
