Hiring of Third Party Audit Firm for Sindh Sales Tax on Services Audit

Sindh Revenue Board invites proposals from reputed and experienced audit firms for the hiring of a third party audit firm to conduct the audit of Sindh Sales Tax on Services for the financial year 2022-23. The assignment is based in Shaheed Benazirabad and aims to ensure compliance, transparency, and accuracy in the assessment and collection of Sindh Sales Tax on Services. Items being procured: - Third Party Audit Services for Sindh Sales Tax on Services (Financial Year 2022-23) The selected audit firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of registered service providers in the region, verifying tax returns, and ensuring that all statutory requirements are met. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAP) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money of PKR 200,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sindh Revenue Board is mandatory with the proposal. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2019) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
