Tender Description

Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), located in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, is procuring Tower PCs and furniture for the establishment of CS&IT and Software Engineering Labs. This procurement is aimed at equipping the university with modern computing infrastructure and ergonomic furniture to support academic and research activities in the computer science domain. The technical scope includes 100 units of high-performance Tower PCs with Intel Core i7-14700 processors, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, 22 inch LED monitors, and a three-year warranty. Additionally, 100 units of Tower PCs with Intel Core i5-14500 vPro processors and similar specifications are required. The furniture includes 100 computer chairs with hydraulic jacks and 100 wooden computer tables with shelves, all from reputed brands like Boss or SAAB or their equivalents. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed suppliers or vendors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers. Submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory as earnest money. The procurement will follow a single stage, two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms or those in conflict with government regulations in AJ&K or Pakistan are not eligible to participate. The last date for submission of bids is 12th May 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Deputy Treasurer, MUST, Admin Block, Jari-Kass, Mirpur. Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- through specified bank challans or demand drafts.
