The Program Coordinator Accelerated Action Plan (Agriculture Sector) for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh, based in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring comprehensive training and capacity building services for the year 2026-27. This procurement focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of Master Trainers and farmers in Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture through Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops and establishment of Farmer Field Schools (FFS) in selected districts of Sindh including Badin, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, and Sukkur.
Items being procured:

The scope includes organizing one-day ToT workshops with approximately 25-30 participants per session, providing boarding, lodging, and travel allowances, and conducting field-based practical training sessions. The Farmer Field Schools will focus on diversified vegetable cultivation, crop rotation, soil health management, integrated pest management, and climate-smart agriculture practices. The service provider will mobilize farmers, establish FFS groups of 10-15 farmers each, conduct regular sessions, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
Technical scope requires the use of participatory and practical training methods, development of training curricula tailored to project needs, and delivery of training in local languages where necessary. The training venues must be equipped with modern audio-visual multimedia facilities.
Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST, and Sales certificates, active tax payer status with FBR and SRB, submission of 5% bid security, and proven experience with at least five work orders in the last five years related to similar agricultural training projects. Bidders must demonstrate experience in establishing Farmer Field Schools and training Master Trainers on Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture. Financial requirements include an average annual turnover not less than the tender cost, income tax returns, audit reports for the last three years, and a minimum closing bank balance of 50% of the project amount at bid submission.
The bid submission deadline is **20-07-2026 10:00 AM** at the office of the Program Coordinator, located at Plot No.D-101/2, Block No. 2, Scheme 5, Kehkashan, Clifton, Karachi, with electronic submission also accepted via EPADS.
