Tender Description
This tender invites qualified IT training firms and universities to deliver Accelerated Professional Training and Certifications across major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Issued by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of IT & Telecom, this initiative focuses on enhancing the IT workforce through targeted training programs with a hybrid delivery model combining onsite and online sessions. The project aims to upskill recent university IT graduates, employed IT professionals, and public sector IT staff with cutting-edge certifications in programming, cloud infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, and more.
The training programs are designed to be comprehensive, including soft skills and freelancing modules, with a maximum of 25 trainees per batch. The training firms must provide well-equipped classrooms and computer labs, maintain a 1:1 computer-to-trainee ratio, and ensure inclusivity and safety, especially for female participants. The project emphasizes a 60% post-training employability rate for recent graduates, monitored through a centralized portal. The contract includes strict compliance with technical and financial evaluation criteria, including proof of experience, hybrid training capability, and financial capacity.
Bidders must hold valid PEC registration, NTN, and GST certificates, and demonstrate FBR/ATL compliance for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The tender requires submission of earnest money and performance bonds, with a clear penalty clause for delays. The evaluation process includes a minimum 70% technical score to qualify for financial bid opening.
