Procurement of Training Material for Building Painter Trade at Govt College of Technology Bhakkar

The Govt College of Technology Bhakkar under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab invites bids for the procurement of training material specifically for the Building Painter Trade. Items being procured: - Training Material for Building Painter Trade The scope includes supplying all necessary training materials required for the Building Painter Trade as per the specifications provided by the college. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Procurement System (EP System) under a single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EP System by 19-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid security of Rs. 71,700/- (5%) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the conference room of the Govt College of Technology Bhakkar. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award. All applicable taxes including income tax, GST, and other government taxes at the time of delivery will be the responsibility of the bidder.
